  • A personal concierge is a dedicated personal home assistant that you can depend on and trust to complete tasks for you when you donā€™t have the time. Completing your to-do list has never been easier.

  • Home Watch Services, Organizing Services, General Errands and Grocery Shopping

  • It depends. Are you looking for help one time with a specific project or small task? Do you prefer weekly/monthly ongoing service? Or do you need service during your vacation?

    The first step is to connect and we will discuss your project or to-do list. Together, we will create a plan that works for you and is most efficient for your project. Your home, your time and your expenses will be treated with the utmost respect. 

    Happy to Help You Concierge offers one-time a la carte pricing starting as low as $100 and package pricing for larger projects and ongoing services. Package hours can be used within 3 months time.

  • Just ask! We will go from there! Concierge services are tailored to meet your needs.

  • Yes. 2 hour minimum for all services requested, billed in 15 minute increments after.

  • Yes. Cancellation of services requires a 24 hour notice via phone or email. If no notice is given or cancellation is within 24 hours, a $50 late cancellation fee will apply.

  • Monday-Friday 9:00-5:00. After hours and weekends are subject to availability and offered at an after hour rate. 

  • Lake Minnetonka area: Mound, Minnetrista, Orono, Spring Park, Navarre, Tonka Bay, Excelsior, Wayzata, Minnetonka Beach, Deephaven, Long Lake. If your area is not listed, please call to discuss. 

  • For services, preferred payment is cash, check or ACH transfer. Credit cards are accepted but there is a 5% convenience fee when using a credit card.

  • For items purchased on your behalf (groceries, personal shopping etc.) preferred payment is cash in advance, cash upon delivery, a blank check or a check upon delivery, prepaid card or your physical credit card.

    If I use my credit card for your purchases there will be a 10% admin fee applied and payment is due upon delivery of items.

  • For General Errands and Shopping, time starts as soon as I leave and ends as soon as I leave your home.

    Home Project, Home Waiting, Home Watch, Organizing, De-cluttering, Downsizing and Unpacking services -time starts when I arrive to your home and ends when I leave your home.

  • My insurance will not cover the following: No hazardous or unhealthy hoarding projects. No cleaning. No rental property management. No driving pets or people.
